Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the trainers back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned sneakers, we will process your refund or dispatch your new pair within 3-5 business days.
